The Taste of North Park is this Saturday. This event now in its fifth year starts at 11 a.m. until 4 p.m. in one of San Diego’s growing neighborhoods.
Participating in the this event are over 50 businesses which include restaurants, galleries and boutiques. A sample of some restaurants include my favorites, Claire De Lune and Carnitas Snack Shack. But I’m especially looking forward to checking out The Smoking Goat and Swoon Dessert Bar which has had a lot of buzz since its opening. North Park is the area which a has a really cool bar scene and several of them will also be offering samples with a valid identification. Toronado, The Office and True North Tavern are just a few in this long list. Check out the rest of the businesses here.
It’s a great way to spend the day exploring the neighborhood and discovering new favorites while working off the food.
