Last week, I started work at my new job in Irvine. Pluses include the great work hours (I get off work at 1 p.m. on Fridays!), the pay and I return to work full time on a Mac. Downside, at least for last week, was the commute.
The work day starts at 9 and while work is only 50 miles away from my apartment, it took almost two hours to drive there. The first day of work, I found myself waking up at 5 in order to get on the road by 7. Although it was hellish, I was able to watch the sun rise over downtown and appreciate how new and clean everything looks. But then the brake lights intrude for the next hour.
Should we be worried you're taking scenic photos while barreling full speed down the freeway?
Andy,I assure you that I was in control of my car for 70% of the time.
