|As part of my New Year’s Resolutions, as it is every year, is the desire to lead a healthier lifestyle. That involves some sort of daily exercise, a proper amount of fruits and vegetables in my diet and taking vitamins.
This post isn’t to debate whether vitamins are beneficial because I already bought into the idea that it provides some nutrition to what I might be lacking. Instead, I couldn’t help but notice the lycopene banner promoting a healthy heart.
What else does it promote and should I be changing my brand of vitamins?
